If you follow me on Facebook or Twitter, then you know every week I suggest a book to read over the weekend. Last weekend's book was "Little Book of Hygge: Danish Secrets to Happy Living." Reading about the Danish concept of Hygge (most easily translated as coziness or cozy living) made me feel all warm and fuzzy inside, but it also reminded me of another book that seeks to increase the happiness factor (or at least contentment) in everyday living - "Finding Flow." While there is a bit of overlap, the perspectives are different - different enough to make them both worth the read. The "Book of Hygge" reads more quickly than "Finding Flow" and feels more like you're reading a lifestyle magazine. The same can't be said for "Finding Flow" so if you need a shortcut, then I've got you covered.
